The Aero Wheel Covers were developed in collaboration with the experts at BMW Motorsport. These carbon fiber covers reduce turbulence at the front wheel and improve airflow to the radiator. They reach their full potential on long straights and at speeds exceeding 200 km/h.

Ilmberger Carbon uses only prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, a material also used in Formula 1 and aerospace applications. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its exceptionally low density, weighs only a fraction of it. These properties are particularly pronounced due to the high fiber volume content.
To optimally protect the material from all kinds of environmental influences, Ilmberger Carbon is the only carbon fiber manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating. This, combined with clear coat, creates a unique depth effect.
