The design and manufacturing of this component prioritize weight reduction (typically around 70% less than the original part), increased rigidity, and a flawless aesthetic.
This carbon fiber part is manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest standards. As a next step, it is coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating far surpasses conventional clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. Beyond its technical advantages, the coating also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon fiber structure.
We recommend using these fairing parts only in combination with other components from the Carbon Racing Series (see the Accessories tab). Racing fairing parts cannot be mounted together with OEM fairing components; there is no interlocking connection.
