Brembo RMC GP Radial Master Cylinder 19x18
Grand Prix Performance
The Brembo RMC GP radial master cylinder represents the technological pinnacle of hydraulic brake actuation for high-performance motorcycles. Directly derived from extensive R&D developments for international top-tier racing series such as MotoGP and WorldSBK, this advanced performance component delivers an unparalleled level of feedback, linearity, and thermal stability under extreme, continuous loads on the racetrack.
Manufactured using a sophisticated CNC-milling process from a single block of high-tensile billet aluminum, the cylinder housing features an outstanding stiffness-to-weight ratio. This extreme structural rigidity ensures a completely lossless transfer of manual force into hydraulic pressure. Pressure point migration (fading) is effectively eliminated, even under the harshest conditions, such as those encountered in the FIM Endurance World Championship (EWC).
Features
- Precision Lever Mechanics (19x18): The combination of a 19 mm master piston and an 18 mm pivot distance provides crystal-clear feedback during hard braking maneuvers, as well as highly precise modulation while cornering.
- Crash-Tested Folding Lever: The integrated folding lever mechanism significantly reduces the risk of a premature failure of the braking system in the event of a lowside or crash.
- Ergonomic Fine-Tuning: Utilizing a race-proven 90° remote adjuster linkage, the lever distance can be micrometrically adjusted even while riding via an optional remote adjuster cable.
- Data Logging Interface: The housing features predefined mounting points to accommodate an LVDT stroke sensor. This allows for seamless integration into professional data acquisition systems to analyze lever travel and brake pressure.
- Wear-Resistant Hard-Anodized Finish: The specialized hard-anodization provides permanent protection against mechanical wear, extreme heat exposure, and aggressive contact with brake fluids.
